Both the application and the sensor pleased me a lot and are helping me, especially in the forehand and backhand grips.

I have several grip exercise tools I use (I suffer from Dupuytren's) and these ones do something the others do not. It exercises the muscles easier and better. I throw a few in my work bag to fidget with at work.
